Because event dates are reserved exclusively for each client, cancellations and changes can significantly impact scheduling and availability.

Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please provide notice as soon as possible. Any deposits or fees paid may be subject to the terms outlined in your signed performance agreement.

Changes to Event Details

Clients should notify Brittani Jones promptly of any changes to event dates, times, locations, or performance requirements. Requested changes are subject to availability and may require an updated agreement.

Performer Availability

In the unlikely event that Brittani Jones is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to provide notice as soon as possible and discuss available options.

Weather and Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.
